Always start mopping with a clean mopping pad. A dirty mopping pad will affect mopping effectiveness.

Remember to remove the mopping pad for cleaning and let it dry before putting it back. Avoid cleaning it while it's connected to the 2-in-1 water tank to prevent the filter element from becoming blocked with dirty water.

Mopping pads are washable and reusable. They can be washed in a washing machine (although we recommend hand washing), and be reused many times.  For better cleaning performance, replace every 3 months.
